Our family went camping with several other friends last weekend. The girls had been looking forward to it for a long time. We had such a good time. The weather, location, and company was perfect.
We cooked hot dogs and had smores!

In the down time, the kids all played games, or just relaxed. Big A kickin back with a good little buddy.
Bubbles were also good entertainment.
Lots of running around playing tag.
The girls were pretty tired and worn out at the end of the night.
Little C rolled down some hills a few times.
And she too got tuckered out.
The campground was by a lake that had a beach. My girls were in heaven!
Playing in the sand, washing it away and doing it all over again.
The girls haven't actually ever been to a real beach-but it is on our "to do" list!
Gotta wash all that sand off.
We had a quiet and peaceful drive home. It was an excellent way to start the summer!
